We've added a new tool to help merchants combat spam reviews. You now have the ability to block specific IP addresses associated with unwanted review activity.
To Block an IP Address:
- Identify the IP Address:Visit the "Reviews" page to view the IP address of each reviewer.
- Access the Block List:Go to Settings -> Manage New Reviews -> Manage Blocked IP Addresses.
- Add the IP Address:Enter the IP address you want to block, and save your changes.
