Recently, there were issues importing reviews from Shopee. We tried every solution to fix the issue, and after trying a ton of solutions, we were able to resolve the import problem.
For those who are affected by the issue, thank you for your patience ❤️
We've added a new tool to help merchants combat spam reviews. You now have the ability to block specific IP addresses associated with unwanted review activity.
To Block an IP Address:
- Identify the IP Address: Visit the "Reviews" page to view the IP address of each reviewer.
- Access the Block List: Go to Settings -> Manage New Reviews -> Manage Blocked IP Addresses.
- Add the IP Address: Enter the IP address you want to block, and save your changes.
Previously, if you were importing reviews from Shein that were not from us.shein.com, such as br.shein.com, shein.com.mx, or similar, they were changed to us.shein.com. This has now been fixed, and you should be able to import from any Shein domains now.
Recently, there was an issue with importing reviews from Shein. After a thorough investigation and trying multiple solutions, it is now working again. Thank you for your understanding and patience. ❤️
By default, review requests, discount emails, and replies to reviews are sent using our own email, which is noreply@topmailer.store.
You can now use your own custom email or domain.

You can now change the subject of your review request emails. This new feature allows you to personalize and tailor the subject line to better engage your customers and increase response rates.
