Introducing a new sorting feature! You can now arrange your reviews by the "Recommended" option, which takes into account the star rating, presence of media, and the number of helpful votes. Here's an example to illustrate how it works:
(1st) Review 1: 5-star, media, 2 helpful count
(2nd) Review 2: 5-star, media, 1 helpful count
(3rd) Review 3: 5-star, no media, 0 helpful count
(4th) Review 4: 4-star, media, 2 helpful count
(5th) Review 5: 1-star, media, 10 helpful count
Now, you can easily navigate through reviews that are deemed most relevant, considering the star rating, presence of media, and the number of helpful votes they received.
You now have the ability to view all review requests, including both sent and scheduled emails.
The review tabs can now be hidden. You have the option to display either product reviews only or shop reviews.
To customize your product review widget, just navigate to:
Shopify Admin → Themes → Customize → Product reviews, you should have an option to pick which tab to show.
